We use as least processed as possible in order to retain all best of nature.


Almonds
Are a great source of good quality fatty acids. They help to decrease the cholesterol level in blood. Almonds contain mainly unsaturated fatty acids and are especially rich in Omega-6 fatty acids. Steady intake of these fatty acids is beneficial e.g. for your nervous system. Almonds are also rich in magnesium, calcium, manganese and potassium. It also contains a fair amount of vitamin E and contains several non-vital but useful substances such is polyphenols and phytosterols which proved to help prevent cardiac diseases. We usually use almonds from USA.

Soy
This legume originally from Asia has been one of the key nutritive of world’s population for hundreds of years. Soy is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (mostly Omega-3) and quality proteins. Contains a wide range of amino acids (the main element of proteins) and therefore is widely popular among bodybuilders and sport professionals. Soy contains four times more arginine compared to whey and also a high share of glutamine, leucine and BCAA. Soy is also rich in beneficial micronutrients such is iron, magnesium, potassium, molybdenum, phosphorus, and calcium. Apart from its high level of fiber soy is a rich source of vitamin K, folic acid or vitamin B2.

Oats
Contain high quality long chain carbohydrates which ensure a steady release of energy into your body.
Oats are rich in dietary fiber known as beta-glukan which helps digestion and helps reducing  LDL-cholesterol levels. According to the American Diabetes Association consumption of oats helps to decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes. Oats also contain unsaturated fatty acids and many B group vitamins. Minerals are also widely represented. Mostly manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and copper. AnaPur contains heat processed wholegrain oats from a local producer.

Psyllium husk
Is an important source of soluble fiber. Fiber intake is very important in maintaining healthy and well working digestion. Fiber mechanically cleans our digestion tract and stabilises sugar blood levels. Psyllium is also rich in iron, potassium and calcium.

Coconut
Apart from many various minerals and vitamins coconut is also composed of 40% fiber and is rich in proteins. Also adds a little bit of coconut flavour to the shake.

Palm sugar
Is widely used by diabetics for its very low glycemic index (GI 35) which secures slow and steady release of energy into the body and stabilises blood level. In other words no sugar rush. However palm sugar is used in AnaPur mainly for taste and we use palm sugar certified as Bio and Organic.


Stinging nettle
Contains almost five times more calcium than milk. Apart from that stinging nettle is also rich in a variety of other minerals (magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and iron) and vitamin C & B1. It also contains a significant amount of beneficial chlorophyll also known as the green pigment of plants.

Hazel nuts
Are beneficial for the heart and help to prevent cancer. They have antioxidant effects thanks to vitamin E. Several B group vitamins are represented as well. They are also rich in Omega-9 fatty acids and proteins. Consuming hazel nuts helps to prevent diabetes and decrease cholesterol levels as well as the risk of heart attack.

Walnut
Is a great source of healthy fats. Omega-3 fatty acids are strongly represented and thanks to this walnut is called “the brain nut”. Omega-3 fatty acids are very beneficial for our brain activity. They help to strengthen memory as well as the ability to learn. Walnut is also often recommended in weight loss diets and is rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium and vitamins B1, B6, A(provitamin), E and K.

Green tea
Is rich in A(provitamin) and K vitamins, folic acid, calcium, magnesium and many others. Green tea is also beneficial for metabolism but primarily is a great antioxidant. Also contains polyphenols which help our body to deal with toxic and carcinogenic substances.

Sesame flour
This gluten free flour is made of grinded sesame seeds after the fat has been exctracted. It’s a rich source of calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron. Also sesame is a good source of fiber and is often used in paleo and raw diets.

 Chlorella
Is a dried seaweed/ green algae literally stuffed with essential vitamins and minerals. Contains vitamins A(provitamin), B1, B2, B6, C, E and K. On top of that chlorella is one of the few vegetable sources of vitamin D and B12. Regarding minerals, chlorella is rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and iron. It contains essential amino acids, chlorophyll and antioxidants. Chlorella has many beneficial effects on body like detoxification  and immunity strengthening.

Spirulina
Is a freshwater algae which contains many essential vitamins and minerals. Works perfectly combined with Chlorella. Helps to regenerate the organism and controls the body weight. Spirulina is also rich in proteins, beta-carotene, and contains a scarce fatty acid GLA. Works well as a detoxification substance.

Nutritional yeast
Is a great source of B-complex vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin). It is composed of 50% proteins. It contains many minerals and trace elements such a chrome which helps to maintain steady sugar levels. This yeast is dried and processed to keep its nutritional richness without fermentation effects so it’s easy to digest. Non-essential amino acid glutamine which impacts positively on memory and learning abilities is contained in nutritional yeast as well.

Rice bran
This side product of rice processing is a great source of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, several minerals and fiber. Rice brans are rich in antioxidants and phytosterols. Rice brans have low glycemic index, they are gluten free and help to prevent the risk of colon cancer.

Wheatgrass
Another superfood. Wheatgrass is harvested just before it starts to produce seeds and therefore is gluten free. It’s a great source of A(provitamin), C, E and K vitamins. Also it contains vitamin B12 (some believe that it’s thanks to microorganisms which live on this plant). Helps to fight against free radicals in our body and helps to protect cells. Wheatgrass supports metabolism and helps to speed up burning fat.

Himalayan salt
Is produced in salt mines of Pakistan mountains and is typical for its pink colour which is caused by the presence of iron. This mineral salt however also contains potassium and calcium. It is generally recommended to decrease the salt intake, however reasonable intake of salt is essential and important mostly because of sodium which is a very important electrolyte and helps the flow electrical signals in our body. Salt is also important to retain water in our bodies.

Camu camu (Myrciaria dubia)
Is an exotic fruit from rainforests of South America. Camu camu is the largest “producer” of vitamin C in natural form. Contains 30 – 60 times more vitamin C than orange. This fruit is also rich in calcium, potassium, iron, riboflavin, phosphorus, some amino acids and flavonoids – a substance which helps our organism to absorb vitamin C. Thanks to all this, camu camu is perfect to support the immune system.

Maca root
Maca comes from Andes Mountains of Peru. Because of that it has to resist significant temperature changes, strong sun, snow or droughts. Maca root resembles beetroot and consists mainly of carbohydrates and proteins. Maca root contains 20 various fatty acids, 19 amino acids (of which eight are essential), wide range of minerals and vitamins. Maca root is also often used to promote sexual function and boost libido. And that’s a nice benefit on top of it all :).

Carobe (AKA St John's-bread)
Is a powder made out of flowering evergreen shrub Ceratonia Siliqua widely grown in Mediterranean area. Its fruit – brown husk is dried and grinded to a fine powder. Carob is rich in minerals especially calcium and is commonly used as a substitute to coco for its lower fat and calories content. Carob is also rich in fiber pectin and phytoestrogen lignin which supports immune system.

Lucuma (AKA Gold of the Inkas)
Is an exotic fruit which comes from dry areas of Peru. Is extremely nutritionally rich and its carbohydrates have very low glycemic index thanks to which has lucuma has become a widely used healthy sweetener. Fruits are rich in beta carotene, B3 vitamin, potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and many more.
